Can I make a reservation by phone call?
You cannot make a booking by phone call in English. Please make a web booking from PC or smartphone website.
Is it possible to board from the different place within a same group?
You cannot select the different boarding/arrival place.
Please select the same boarding/arrival place, or make a separate booking.
(The seat would be separated for separate booking.)
Why is the price different depending on the day?
The price is decided by the decision of the bus company.
Depending on the bus type, weekdays, or weekends, price will be set based on the condition.
Can I make a direct payment upon boarding?
You cannot make a direct payment upon boarding.
Only credit card payment upon booking is available.
What type of payment can be used?
Only credit card payment is available.
(VISA/MasterCard/American Express/JCB/Diners Club)
Why is the price different depending on the day?
The price is decided by the decision of the bus company.
Depending on the bus type, weekdays, or weekends, price will be set based on the condition.
There is a credit card error and I cannot compete the booking.
Below issue might be the reason.
・Mistakes in input (Please double check the number of digits and expiry date.)
・Over the limit of the maximum payment.
・Suspension of use due to some reasons.
・Temporary sustention of use due to the repetition of the same act of processing the payment within a short period of time.
I haven't received a confirmation email yet.
Usually confirmation email will be sent right after the completion of the booking.
If you have not received yet after 1 hour, please check your registered email address from your My Page.

【1】Emaill address might be incorrect
After amending to the correct email address on you My Page, resend the email from "History of your bookings."

【2】Filter setting might be rejecting our email, or email might be sorted under the junk mail folder.
After amending the setting, please resend the email from "History of your bookings" on your My Page.
