There is a large variety of express buses with comfortable seats, from the reasonably priced 4 row standard buses, to the luxury 3 row buses with independent toilets.

STANDARD(4 seats in a row)

This is the normal bus type for tourists, the biggest attraction being the price.
There are many services and lots of seats, and the service is popular for its cheapness, but some may find it slightly cramped.

Maximum seat reclining 140 degrees
Seat width 42cm~45cm
Seat pitch 110cm~135cm

The number of seats is less than the standard type, and so this type is comfortable with more leg room.
Some of the buses are equipped with foot rests and leg rests.
The price is still reasonable, but you can stretch your legs out more, so this bus is recommended.
With an arrangement of less than 10 rows, there is enough space for you to stretch yourself out properly.
