1. Coin Lockers Inside Busta Shinjuku
There are three touchscreen coin locker areas located within the waiting lounge on the 4th floor.


Pricing & Sizes (Charged every 2 hours):
Small: 100 yen
Medium: 200 yen
Large: 300 yen
Max storage time: 72 hours.
Payment: Cash or IC Cards (Suica, Pasmo, etc.)
Access Hours: Available while the lounge is open.
Note: Access is restricted from 1:30 AM to 3:30 AM, though charges still apply during this time.
Pro Tip: These lockers are very convenient but often full due to high demand. If you find them occupied, head to the nearby spots below!
2. Reliable Lockers Outside the Terminal (JR Shinjuku Station)
The South Exit area of JR Shinjuku Station is just steps away from Busta Shinjuku and offers many more options.
【A】 Outside the Ticket Gate: JR Shinjuku South Exit
Located right after exiting the South Exit (near LUMINE 2).

Price: Small 300 yen / Medium 500 yen / Large 800 yen.
Hours: First train to last train.
Pros: Very easy to find, even for first-time visitors.
【B】 Near Keio Line Shinjuku Station
Found along the path between the Keio Line and Busta Shinjuku.

Price: Small 400 yen / Medium 500 yen / Large 600 yen.
Pros: Plenty of medium and large-sized lockers available.
3. Hidden Gems: Inside the JR Ticket Gates
If you are arriving at or departing from Shinjuku via JR train, these lockers are very useful.
・Near Platform 11 & 12 (Central Line): Great for small bags; many units available.
・Near Platform 15 & 16 (Odakyu Transfer): Offers various sizes. Large lockers here are often cheaper (500 yen) than other spots!
・JR Shinjuku New South Gate (Area B): High capacity and supports IC card payments. (Hours: 5:45 AM – 12:00 AM)
