Carry-on luggage

In terms of carry on luggage there is not a specific size limit, but the passenger must be able to carry it on their lap or by their feet without causing an inconvenience to other passengers.

Suitcases are not allowed onboard the bus as they may prevent passengers from reclining their seats. We also ask that customers refrain from putting luggage in the aisles.

Stored luggage in a trunk

The rules regarding stored luggage are as stated below.
1) One piece of luggage per passenger.
2) Your luggage may not exceed the following dimensions: 100cm x 100cm x 30cm

If your luggage does not fit within the parameters above, we ask that you use a different means to transport your luggage.

One bag per person. We do not allow valuable possessions or fragile items on board. Depending on how crowded the bus is, we may not allow larger luggage on-board.

Please note that the items listed below are not allowed on the bus.
Musical instruments.
Easily breakable items, as well as items easily damaged when exposed to vibration or high temperatures.
Valuables such as cash, precious metals, jewellery, stock certificates, and antiques.
Surf boards, golf clubs, archery bows and other sports equipment.
Dangerous goods.
Animals.

Our company will not take any responsibility for any damages to or loss of luggage during transport. We ask for your understanding.

Information

Regarding accompanying children
It is required that all passengers wear seat-belts. For safety reasons passengers are not permitted to carry infants or children on their laps throughout the journey.
Please make a reservation for children who are to board the bus.. However, only children who are not able to sit by themselves can be sit in the lap of an adult.

*Each boarding/alighting location will be marked as a bus stop.
We ask that you please make sure to confirm the location of your departure location on a map beforehand. Please arrive early and be waiting at the bus stop with plenty of time to spare.

* We will not postpone departure under any circumstances for late passengers.
We will also not contact customers who are not present at the time of departure.
*There will be a break during the journey.

*On the day of departure, please show the driver your "Mobile Booking Ticket" and finish boarding procedures. Please be advised that there will not be a bus attendant available at the Bus Stop.
If you do not have your "Mobile Booking Ticket" with you, we will have to ask you to pay the full bus fare.
* Seats are automatically allocated once a booking has been confirmed When booking seats for more than one passenger, there may be instances when seats can not be allocated next to each other. We appreciate your understanding.
As seats are allocated automatically, we are not able to offer preferential seating.

- No refunds will be offered in the following cases:
1) No Show due to tardiness
Buses will depart at their scheduled times even if not all passengers are present. Furthermore, we are unable to delay departures upon request as doing so would disrupt all scheduled operations. Please check your meeting or boarding point in advance, and arrive well on time.

2) Change in price
Fares may be subject to an increase or decrease without notice in advance. We cannot offer partial refunds accounting for price fluctuations after a purchase has been made.

3) Change of bus
The actual bus type, seating configuration, number of seats, and bus facilities are subject to change. An example of when this may occur is when a bus requires maintenance due to mechanical issues.

4) Delay and Suspension of service
Bus service may be suspended due to road, traffic or weather conditions.
Arrival time at any bus stop may be delayed for the same reasons. Operation amid congested traffic in particular may cause heavy delays.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Important notes regarding your reservation:
Night buses departing after midnight are listed as arriving on the morning of the following day. For example, a bus departing on Dec 31 at 24:30 (= Jan 1 at 0:30) will arrive on the morning of Jan 1.

Important notes regarding your presence aboard the bus:
* Refrain from smoking or drinking on the bus, as well as boarding the bus while intoxicated. Passengers who trouble or bother other passengers will not be allowed on the bus.

* The bus driver and all passengers are legally obliged to fasten their seat belts.
