Kosokubus.com Terms and Conditions
The below terms are to be defined as the following meanings in these Terms.
Individuals for whom membership has been revoked in the past and individuals who are deemed as being inappropriate by this company may be denied membership.
These terms are applicable to all members, and are to be upheld at and from the time of registration.
Kosokubus.com is a company of selling buses on booking site in Japan.
Your reservation has to be confirmed online in advance. Also, we only accept credit card payments on this event.
Payment or Reservation at the bording point is not acceptable.
We will respond to your email massages written in English.
However, please be informed that we only accept Japanese language by phone call.
Kindly contact via contact form on PC or smartphone website. We will get back to you within 1 business day by email.

1.At a reservation, you will need to provide personally identifiable information including name, date of birth, telephone number, and email address.
Phone number should be usable in Japan.
If you do not have Japanese phone number, please enter your friend's or accomodation place's phone number instead.
2.We will send you confirmation email after booking.
Please check your email settings to receive our email from "firstname.lastname@example.org" as necessary.
3.Payment will be only through credit card and paid off at one time.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express and Diners Club International.
As well as credit card number, expiry date, and security code are required on this event.
If you can prepare a credit card in hand, please make a reservation.
4.The night bus departing during midnight will be counted as arriving on next morning.
ex. The bus departing on Dec 31st 24:30(=Jan 1st 0:30) will arrive on Jan 1st in the morning.
1.The restrictions for on-board luggage and trunk luggage are as follows.
Items not allowed in the trunk:
・Valuables including cash, jewelry, stock certificates, valuable antiques and musical instruments.
・Luggage exceeded the size or weight limitations. Please take other measures to ship them.
Items not allowed on board or in the trunk:
・Hazardous materials including lammable, explosive, radioactive, and corrosive substances
・Big suitcases for long term travel
・Sporting equipment such as ski goods, snowboards, surfboards, golf bags, and bicycles including foldable types
1.Fares may be subject to increase or decrease without advance notice.
At any time, no refunds are available for the difference in price between the period purchased and after purchased.
2.The reschedules including change of boarding date and buses are unacceptable.
Once a reservation has been confirmed, above changes will require the reservation to be cancelled and re-booked. Depending on the rules of the fare purchased, a cancellation penalty may apply.
1.Basically, the bus crews can only speak in Japanese. We appreciate if you take this into your consideration.
2.Since we do not issue bus ticket, 【confirmation mail】will be required as a payment certificate. Please present it to bus crews when boarding..
3.Also, buses depart at the scheduled time.
In order to ensure smooth operation, we cannot take requests for late departures.
Please check your meeting or boarding point in advance and arrive on time. Map can be seen from the URL written in your confirmation mail or your booking details on My Page.
4.About the meeting or boarding time, refer to the following. If the meeting time has been set, please arrive at meeting time.
Even if you come before the boarding time, you may miss the bus since you will have to check in at meeting time.
If the meeting time had not been set, please arrive at least 10 minutes before the departure time.
5.At a pit stop, please come back to the bus at the determined deperture time for the smooth operations.
In addition, please follow bus crews' instructions during an emergency.
There is five kinds of boarding (or meeting) locations.
1. Bus Terminal /Rotary
2. Waiting Space /Rounge
3. Parking Lot
4. Bus shelter (with a roof)
5. Bus stop (without a roof)
(1)Bus Terminal /Rotary : handles large numbers of buses and passengers per day.
There are many boarding and dropping points in the bus terminal.
(2)Waiting Space /Rounge : used as a check-in location.
After chcking-in, take a walk to a boarding point with bus attendants. In some cases, passengers have to go to a boarding point by themselves.
(3)3. Parking Lot : handles large numbers of buses and passengers at certain period time a day.
(4)4. Bus shelter (with a roof) : has a roof over the bus stop.
(5)5. Bus stop (without a roof) : has only bus pole or sign.
1.Arrival time at each stop may be delayed due to traffic conditions and the characteristics of the road.
2.Especially, operations during consecutive holidays such as year-end and New Year holidays may be delayed by upon reason.
