The following restrictions for trunk luggage apply:
1. One piece of check-in luggage per passenger.
2. The total sum of your luggage height + width + depth must not exceed 1m, within a total volume of 0.027m³
3. The weight of luggage per piece must be under 10 Kg.

If your luggage exceeds the restrictions, please send them to your destination through other means of delivery.
Please mark it with name tags.

The following items are neither allowed as check-in luggage nor as carry-on luggage.

・Easily breakable items, as well as items susceptible to damage when exposed to vibration or high temperatures
・Valuables such as cash.

・The bus is operated with complete insurance coverage for personal injuries.
・Children aged 2 and under can travel free of charge (no seat is provided for children eligible for free travel. They must sit on an adult’s lap).
・Child fares apply to children aged 3–11. Adult fares apply to passengers aged 12 and above.
・The bus will stop for a break at Bifue Pass.
・Please note that seating is not assigned in advance.
・For day trips to Rusutsu Ski Resort, the boarding and drop-off location will be Rusutsu Resort Hotel & Convention.
・For Bus No. 102, passengers may be required to transfer buses at Hirafu No. 1 Parking Lot.
・The bus company will be determined on the day before the travel date. A notification will be sent by email from tuuchi@access-n.jp (a send-only email address) to the email address registered at the time of booking. Please make sure to enable the [tuuchi@access-n.jp] domain in your e-mail settings.
・The bus is operated by one crew member (There will be no guide or tour conductor on board).
・All routes require reservations. Please note that the bus will not stop at any boarding (assembly) or drop-off location for which no reservation has been made.
・In the event of flight delays or cancellations, the bus departure time may be adjusted as an emergency measure. If you are unable to board the bus on your scheduled travel date due to a flight delay or cancellation, you may be offered an alternative service on the following day or later, or advised to use alternative transportation. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the passenger. Please note that we are not responsible for securing an alternative service or other means of transportation in such circumstances.
・ If there is a situation whereby a passenger may miss a flight connection, we may stop at the nearest JR station or provide information on other means of transportation. Any additional costs incurred as a result will be borne by the passenger.
・ If the bus cannot be operated normally, the service may be cancelled, the route may be altered or delayed, or scheduled sightseeing stops may be omitted. We may also provide information on alternative transportation. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the passenger. Please note that we will not be held responsible for any unavoidable circumstances that may prevent you from arriving at the airport in time for the departure time of your flight.
