The following restrictions for trunk luggage apply:

2. The size limit is a total of length + width + height within 150 cm (the maximum length of any one side is 70 cm).

If your luggage exceeds the restrictions, please send them to your destination through other means of delivery.

■Caution regarding refund
No refunds will be provided in the following cases.

1. No show due to lateness
Buses leave on time. This bus will not wait for customers at the departure point or service area rest points . In addition, there will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please confirm the location by yourself.

2.Price fluctuations.
Fares may increase or decrease without notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies. If a fare amount changes afterwards, no refunds in the price difference are given.

3. Change to buses
Due to engine trouble, adjustments to operation schedules and other factors, there is a possibility changes may be made to the operated bus, seat types, and the on board amenities.

4. Late arrivals
Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, considering your next connection.

[Important notes regarding your booking]
・Overnight buses departing at midnight will arrive on the morning of the following day. A bus departing on Dec. 31 at 24:30 (Jan 1 at 12:30 AM) will be indicated as arriving on the morning of Jan. 1

[Important notes regarding your bus ride]
・Boarding the bus while heavily intoxicated, drinking, and smoking inside the bus are prohibited.
・On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts.
・Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
・The schedule for rest stop is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not have breaks.

[Cautions regarding this bus plan]
・The bus is operated with complete insurance coverage for personal injuries.
・This service departs from Hakata and Kokura and travels to Hiroshima. (Reservations for Hakata and Kokura are not available under this booking.)
・This is an overnight service. Please be sure to select the day before the arrival date when making your reservation. Example: If you wish to arrive on May 30, your departure date should be May 29.
・Service may be cancelled at short notice due to severe weather, traffic conditions, or unexpected vehicle changes. In the event of cancellation, the operating bus company will contact you by email. Please ensure that you are able to receive email notifications.
・No refunds will be issued if onboard facilities (such as power outlets) are unavailable due to unexpected vehicle changes.
・No refunds or compensation will be provided for delays in departure or arrival, or for missed connections to other transportation services or accommodations.
・If you arrive at the designated meeting point without completing payment, your booking will be treated as a new reservation made on site. In such cases, the standard base fare will apply.
