The following restrictions for trunk luggage apply:

■Caution regarding refund
No refunds will be provided in the following cases.

1. No show due to lateness
Buses leave on time. This bus will not wait for customers at the departure point or service area rest points . In addition, there will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please confirm the location by yourself.

2.Price fluctuations.
Fares may increase or decrease without notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies. If a fare amount changes afterwards, no refunds in the price difference are given.

3. Change to buses
Due to engine trouble, adjustments to operation schedules and other factors, there is a possibility changes may be made to the operated bus, seat types, and the on board amenities.

4. Late arrivals
Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, considering your next connection.

[Important notes regarding your booking]
・Overnight buses departing at midnight will arrive on the morning of the following day. A bus departing on Dec. 31 at 24:30 (Jan 1 at 12:30 AM) will be indicated as arriving on the morning of Jan. 1

[Important notes regarding your bus ride]
・Boarding the bus while heavily intoxicated, drinking, and smoking inside the bus are prohibited.
・On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts.
・Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
・The schedule for rest stop is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not have breaks.

[Cautions regarding this bus plan]
・The bus is operated with complete insurance coverage for personal injuries.
・With this reservation, you will be assigned a seat in the last row, which is available for women only. Reservations made by male passengers (including children) are invalid. Male passengers will not be permitted to board even if they arrive on the day of travel. Seats outside the women-only area are mixed seating for both male and female passengers.
・The last row consists of four seats, each arranged independently. (Partition curtains are also installed between seats.)
・This is a route bus and will depart on time. If you do not show up, we will not contact you individually. No refunds will be issued after the departure time.
・There will be a 10-minute rest stop at Shiwa Service Area and Sano Service Area during the trip. Passengers may also take a rest outside the bus.
・For safety reasons, even children under the age of 6 are required to have their own seat. Reservations are required in advance, and the child fare will be charged.
