The following restrictions for trunk luggage apply:
1. Only 1 piece of check-in luggage per passenger.
2. The size must be within a total volume of 0.027 cubic meters (approximately 30cm × 30cm × 30cm) and a maximum length of 1 meter.
3. Luggage weight must not exceed 10 kg.

If your luggage exceeds the restrictions, please send them to your destination through other means of delivery.
Please mark it with name tags.

The following items are neither allowed as check-in luggage nor as carry-on luggage.

・When handing your luggage over for trunk storage on the night bus, please attach the label that will be given to you by staff. (Please tear off and keep the identifying end on the tag When retrieving your luggage, please check the identification number on your ticket with that on your luggage）

■Caution regarding refund
No refunds will be provided in the following cases.

1. No show due to lateness
Buses leave on time. This bus will not wait for customers at the departure point or service area rest points . In addition, there will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please confirm the location by yourself.

2.Price fluctuations.
Fares may increase or decrease without notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies. If a fare amount changes afterwards, no refunds in the price difference are given.

3. Change to buses
Due to engine trouble, adjustments to operation schedules and other factors, there is a possibility changes may be made to the operated bus, seat types, and the on board amenities.

4. Late arrivals
Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, considering your next connection.

[Important notes regarding your booking]
・Overnight buses departing at midnight will arrive on the morning of the following day. A bus departing on Dec. 31 at 24:30 (Jan 1 at 12:30 AM) will be indicated as arriving on the morning of Jan. 1

[Important notes regarding your bus ride]
・Boarding the bus while heavily intoxicated, drinking, and smoking inside the bus are prohibited.
・On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts.
・Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
・The schedule for rest stop is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not have breaks.

[Cautions regarding this bus plan]
・The bus is operated with complete insurance coverage for personal injuries.
・This route will be jointly operated by JR Tokai Bus and JR West Japan Bus.
・The opposite gender may sit next to you. (gender is not taken into consideration)
・Kindly understand that we cannot guarantee prior notice regarding the availability of power outlets or USB ports on the bus.
・Children aged 6 and under may travel free of charge when seated on an adult’s lap (seat shared). However, if the bus is full, boarding will not be permitted as it would exceed capacity regulations. (Priority will be given to passengers who have paid for a seat, even if reserved later.)
To ensure guaranteed boarding, please purchase a child fare and secure a seat in advance.
