The following restrictions for trunk luggage apply:
1. Only 1 piece of check-in luggage per passenger.
2. The limits are as follows: a total weight of up to 10 kg, a total volume of up to 0.027 m³, and a maximum length of 1 meter.


If your luggage exceeds the restrictions, please send them to your destination through other means of delivery.

・When handing your luggage over for trunk storage on the night bus, please attach the label that will be given to you by staff. (Please tear off and keep the identifying end on the tag When retrieving your luggage, please check the identification number on your ticket with that on your luggage）

■Caution regarding refund
No refunds will be provided in the following cases.

1. No show due to lateness
Buses leave on time. This bus will not wait for customers at the departure point or service area rest points . In addition, there will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please confirm the location by yourself.

2.Price fluctuations.
Fares may increase or decrease without notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies. If a fare amount changes afterwards, no refunds in the price difference are given.

3. Change to buses
Due to engine trouble, adjustments to operation schedules and other factors, there is a possibility changes may be made to the operated bus, seat types, and the on board amenities.

4. Late arrivals
Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, considering your next connection.

[Important notes regarding your booking]
・Overnight buses departing at midnight will arrive on the morning of the following day. A bus departing on Dec. 31 at 24:30 (Jan 1 at 12:30 AM) will be indicated as arriving on the morning of Jan. 1

[Important notes regarding your bus ride]
・Boarding the bus while heavily intoxicated, drinking, and smoking inside the bus are prohibited.
・On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts.
・Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
・The schedule for rest stop is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not have breaks.

[Cautions regarding this bus plan]
・The bus is operated with complete insurance coverage for personal injuries.
・The opposite gender may sit next to you. (gender is not taken into consideration)
・Please be sure to board at the bus stop you reserved. If you use a different bus stop from the one you reserved, you may not be able to board or disembark.
・Regardless of whether there is a restroom on board, two rest stops are scheduled at Kariya Service Area and Konan Parking Area.
・Children aged 6 and under may travel free of charge when seated on an adult’s lap (seat shared). However, if the bus is full, boarding will not be permitted as it would exceed capacity regulations. (Passengers who have purchased a child fare, even at a later time, will be given priority.) To guarantee boarding, please purchase a child fare and secure a seat for your child.
