The following restrictions for trunk luggage apply:
1. Only 1 piece of check-in luggage per passenger.
2. The total of height, width, and depth must not exceed 1 m, and the volume must not exceed 0.027 ㎥.
3. Luggage weight must not exceed 10 kg.

If your luggage exceeds the restrictions mentioned above, please send them to your destination through other means of delivery.
To prevent your luggage from being mistaken as someone else's, please mark it with name tags.

The following items are neither allowed as check-in luggage nor as carry-on luggage.

[Caution regarding refund]
No refunds will be provided in the following cases.

1. No show due to lateness
Buses leave on time. This bus will not wait for customers at the departure point or service area rest points . In addition, there will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please confirm the location by yourself.

2.Price fluctuations.
Fares may increase or decrease without advance notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies. If a fare amount changes afterwards, no refunds in the price difference are given.

3. Change to buses
Due to engine trouble, adjustments to operation schedules and other factors, there is a possibility changes may be made to the operated bus, seat types, and the on board amenities.

4. Late arrivals
Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, considering your next connection.

[Important notes regarding your booking]
・Overnight buses departing at midnight are listed as arriving on the morning of the following day. For example, a bus departing on Dec. 31 at 24:30 (Jan 1 at 12:30 AM) will be indicated as arriving on the morning of Jan. 1.

[Important notes regarding your bus ride]
・Boarding the bus while heavily intoxicated, drinking, and smoking inside the bus are prohibited.
・On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts.
・Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
・The schedule for toilet breaks is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not have breaks.

[Cautions regarding this bus plan]
・The bus is operated with complete insurance coverage for personal injuries.
・For both day buses and night buses, regardless of 3 row or 4 row seating, there is the chance a member of the opposite gender may be seated next to you. (gender is not taken into consideration)
・Please be sure to board the bus at the stop you reserved. If you use a bus stop different from your reservation, you may not be able to board or get off the bus.
・We are unable to tell you beforehand what type of socket (power or USB) your seat will be equipped with.
・Children aged 6 and under may ride free of charge on an adult’s lap (one child per adult, seat shared). However, if the bus is full, boarding will not be permitted as it would exceed the legal passenger capacity. (Please note that passengers who later make paid reservations will be given priority.) To ensure boarding, we recommend purchasing a child ticket and securing a seat in advance.
