The following restrictions for trunk luggage apply:
1. Only 1 piece of check-in luggage per passenger.
2. The total dimensions(height + width + depth) cannot exceed 160cm.

If your luggage exceeds the restrictions mentioned above, please send them to your destination through other means of delivery.

[Caution regarding refund]
No refunds will be provided in the following cases.

1. No show due to lateness
Buses leave on time. This bus will not wait for customers at the departure point or service area rest points . In addition, there will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please confirm the location by yourself.

2.Price fluctuations.
Fares may increase or decrease without advance notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies. If a fare amount changes afterwards, no refunds in the price difference are given.

3. Change to buses
Due to engine trouble, adjustments to operation schedules and other factors, there is a possibility changes may be made to the operated bus, seat types, and the on board amenities.

4. Late arrivals
Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, considering your next connection.

[Important notes regarding your booking]
・Overnight buses departing at midnight are listed as arriving on the morning of the following day. For example, a bus departing on Dec. 31 at 24:30 (Jan 1 at 12:30 AM) will be indicated as arriving on the morning of Jan. 1.

[Important notes regarding your bus ride]
・Boarding the bus while heavily intoxicated, drinking, and smoking inside the bus are prohibited.
・On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts.
・Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
・The schedule for toilet breaks is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not have breaks.

[Cautions regarding this bus plan]
・The bus is operated with complete insurance coverage for personal injuries.
・This service operates from Nishi-Funabashi, Tokyo, and Yokohama to Kanayama, Nagoya, Kuwana, Tsu, Matsusaka, and Ise Jingu. (Passengers cannot get off at any stop other than the originally reserved drop-off location. We ask for your understanding.)
・Please be careful when selecting the boarding location in Yokohama.
Make sure you specify the day prior to your arrival date as your departure date. E.g., if you wish to arrive in Yokohama on October 30th, your departure date should be October 29th.
・Important information for passengers boarding in Yokohama.
The boarding stop is located on the road outside the YCAT building (south side). (The bus stop is not inside YCAT.)
・For safety reasons, infants are not allowed to share the same seat as an adult. (Children aged 3 years or older who are unable to wear a seat belt are not permitted to board.)
・This bus consists of designated seats only. Your seat information will be provided by the bus staff when boarding.
・There is no toilet in the car. There will be a bathroom break at 3 locations along the way.
・We will make every effort to avoid seating passengers of the opposite gender next to each other (excluding members of the same group).
