The following restrictions for trunk luggage apply:

2. The dimensions of your luggage may not exceed a total of 120cm.

If your luggage exceeds the restrictions mentioned above, please send them to your destination through other means of delivery.

■Caution regarding refunds
* Under no circumstances will refunds be provided in the following cases.

1. No show due to lateness
Buses leave on time. This bus will not wait for customers at the departure point or service area rest points . In addition, there will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please confirm the location by yourself.

2.Price fluctuations.
Fares may increase or decrease without advance notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies, so even if a fare amount changes after a booking is made, no refunds in the price difference are given.

3. Change to buses
Due to engine trouble, adjustments to operation schedules and other factors, there is a possibility changes may be made to the operated bus, seat types, and the on board amenities.

4. Late arrivals
Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, considering your next connection.

[Important notes regarding your booking]
* Overnight buses departing at midnight are listed as arriving on the morning of the following day. For example: a bus departing on Dec. 31 at 24:30 (Jan 1 at 12:30 AM) will be indicated as arriving on the morning of Jan. 1.

[Important notes regarding your bus ride]
* Boarding the bus while heavily intoxicated, drinking, and smoking inside the bus are prohibited.
* On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts.
* Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
* The schedule for toilet breaks is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not have breaks.

[Cautions regarding this bus plan]
* The bus is operated with complete insurance coverage for personal injuries.
* Tokyo Bus Terminal Yaesu [Basement A] area (Tofrom Yaesu Tower basement) newly opened on March 20, 2026.
[Please make sure to select the correct gender when making a reservation]
* Changes to the registered gender are not permitted after booking. A new reservation is required (cancellation fees will apply).
* If a passenger of a different gender than the reservation arrives on the departure day, boarding may be denied.
[For passengers traveling with infants or toddlers]
* Infants (lap children) are not provided with a seat. For safety and to prevent trouble, traveling with a child on your lap is not allowed. For children, please purchase a child fare and reserve a seat.
* Power outlets may not be available due to equipment issues. There will be no refunds in such cases. (These are additional services and are not included in the fare.)
