The following restrictions for trunk luggage apply:
1. One piece of check-in luggage per passenger.
2. The total sum of your luggage's height, width and depth must not exceed 150 cm.

If your luggage exceeds the restrictions, please send them to your destination through other means of delivery.
Please mark it with name tags.

The following items are neither allowed as check-in luggage nor as carry-on luggage.
* Easily breakable items, as well as items susceptible to damage when exposed to vibration or high temperatures
* Valuables such as cash.
* Bicycles
* Dangerous goods

※Regarding Musical Instruments
Musical Instruments can be stored in the luggage compartment for a fee (1,500 yen per item, payable on site). *Please note that there is no compensation for any damage.


* Surf boards, golf clubs, archery and other sports equipment can be stored in the luggage compartment.

■Caution regarding refunds
No refunds will be given in the following cases.

1. No show due to late arrival
Please note that th buses depart on time. The bus will not wait for passengers at the departure point or service areas . There will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please check the boarding location prior to the departure.

2. Price fluctuations
Fares may increase or decrease without notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies. If the fare price changes after purchase, the difference will not be refunded.

3. Change to buses
Due to mechanical issues, schedule adjustments or other factors, there may be changes to the bus type, seat types, and on board amenities.

4. Late arrivals
Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, if you have an onward connection.

[Important notes regarding your booking]
・Overnight buses departing at midnight will arrive on the morning of the following day. A bus departing on Dec. 31 at 24:30 (Jan 1 at 12:30 AM) will be indicated as arriving on the morning of Jan. 1.

[Important notes regarding your bus ride]
・ Attempting to board the bus while intoxicated is prohibited, nor is drinking and smoking while on the bus.
・ On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts.
・ Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
・ The schedule for toilet breaks is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not stop for breaks.

[Caution regarding this bus plan]
・The bus is operated with complete insurance coverage for personal injuries.
・This bus will travel to Hiroshima via Okayama. (No changes can be made after reservation)
・Please note that a member of the opposite gender may be seated next to you.
・USB port may not be available due to technical issues.
This is a supplimentary service and is not included in the fare. Please note that there will be no refunds even in the event that this service is not available due to unforeseen circumstances.
