■Caution regarding refund
No refunds will be provided in the following cases.

1. No show due to lateness
Buses leave on time. This bus will not wait for customers at the departure point or service area rest points . In addition, there will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please confirm the location by yourself.

2.Price fluctuations.
Fares may increase or decrease without notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies. If a fare amount changes afterwards, no refunds in the price difference are given.

3. Change to buses
Due to engine trouble, adjustments to operation schedules and other factors, there is a possibility changes may be made to the operated bus, seat types, and the on board amenities.

4. Late arrivals
Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, considering your next connection.

[Important notes regarding your booking]
・Overnight buses departing at midnight will arrive on the morning of the following day. A bus departing on Dec. 31 at 24:30 (Jan 1 at 12:30 AM) will be indicated as arriving on the morning of Jan. 1

[Important notes regarding your bus ride]
・Boarding the bus while heavily intoxicated, drinking, and smoking inside the bus are prohibited.
・On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts.
・Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
・The schedule for rest stop is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not have breaks.

[Cautions regarding this bus plan]
・The bus is operated with complete insurance coverage for personal injuries.
・Bus Terminal Tokyo Yaesu [Basement A] area (basement of TOFROM YAESU TOWER) is a newly opened location as of March 20, 2026. (Not Kajibashi Parking or Bus Terminal Tokyo Yaesu Basement B)
・Seats will be automatically assigned after your reservation is confirmed. Please note that booking passengers as a group does not guarantee that everyone will be seated next to each other. (Seats are assigned automatically, and seating requests cannot be accommodated.)
・Wi-Fi and power outlets installed in 3-row cars are incidental facilities. Should it happen that you are unable to use the device, please note that there will be no refunds regarding the matter. (In the case of 4-row vehicles, there are no additional facilities such as Wi-Fi or power outlets.)
・Rest stops are scheduled at Dangozaka Service Area and Suwako Service Area along the way. (The schedule is subject to change depending on road conditions and Service Area congestion.)
・Bus stop signs are placed at all boarding and drop-off points. Please confirm the exact location in advance using the provided map or guide. Arrive with sufficient time to spare and be sure to wait at your reserved stop before departure.
・After the scheduled departure time, the bus will depart regardless of the number of passengers on board, even if reserved passengers have not arrived at the stop.
