■Caution regarding refund
No refunds will be provided in the following cases.

1. No show due to lateness
Buses leave on time. This bus will not wait for customers at the departure point or service area rest points . In addition, there will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please confirm the location by yourself.

2.Price fluctuations.
Fares may increase or decrease without notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies. If a fare amount changes afterwards, no refunds in the price difference are given.

3. Change to buses
Due to engine trouble, adjustments to operation schedules and other factors, there is a possibility changes may be made to the operated bus, seat types, and the on board amenities.

4. Late arrivals
Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, considering your next connection.

・Overnight buses departing at midnight will arrive on the morning of the following day. A bus departing on Dec. 31 at 24:30 (Jan 1 at 12:30 AM) will be indicated as arriving on the morning of Jan. 1

[Important notes regarding your bus ride]
・Boarding the bus while heavily intoxicated, drinking, and smoking inside the bus are prohibited.
・On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts.
・Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
・The schedule for toilet breaks is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not have breaks.

[Cautions regarding this bus plan]
・The bus is operated with complete insurance coverage for personal injuries.
・Seats will be automatically assigned after your reservation is confirmed. For multiple-passenger reservations, adjacent seating may not be available. (Seats are assigned automatically, and seating requests cannot be accommodated.)
・The service will be jointly operated by Hokkaido Kitami Bus, Hokkaido Hokuto Bus, and Akan Bus, and will be operated by one of their vehicles.
・Wi-Fi available on board, some vehicles may not be equipped.
・A restroom is available on board; however, there will also be one rest stop during the journey.
・Due to operational reasons, service may be operated with a bus without a restroom, without prior notice.
・Pets are not allowed on board, even if kept in cages or carriers.
・Each passenger may bring only one piece of luggage; valuables and fragile items are not permitted.
・During busy periods, large luggage may not be accepted, and the number of carry-on items may be limited.
