The following restrictions for trunk luggage apply:
1. Only 1 piece of check-in luggage per passenger.
2. The total of height, width, and depth must be within 1 meter, and the total volume must not exceed 0.027 cubic meters.
3. Luggage weight must not exceed 10 kg.

If your luggage exceeds the restrictions, please send them to your destination through other means of delivery.

■Caution regarding refund
No refunds will be provided in the following cases.

1. No show due to lateness
Buses leave on time. This bus will not wait for customers at the departure point or service area rest points . In addition, there will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please confirm the location by yourself.

2.Price fluctuations.
Fares may increase or decrease without notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies. If a fare amount changes afterwards, no refunds in the price difference are given.

3. Change to buses
Due to engine trouble, adjustments to operation schedules and other factors, there is a possibility changes may be made to the operated bus, seat types, and the on board amenities.

4. Late arrivals
Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, considering your next connection.

[Important notes regarding your booking]
・Overnight buses departing at midnight will arrive on the morning of the following day. A bus departing on Dec. 31 at 24:30 (Jan 1 at 12:30 AM) will be indicated as arriving on the morning of Jan. 1

[Important notes regarding your bus ride]
・Boarding the bus while heavily intoxicated, drinking, and smoking inside the bus are prohibited.
・On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts.
・Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
・The schedule for rest stop is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not have breaks.

[Cautions regarding this bus plan]
・The bus is operated with complete insurance coverage for personal injuries.
・Some vehicles may not be equipped with charging facilities.
・A restroom is available onboard, and a break is also scheduled at a Parking Area or Service Area.
・The bus will depart from the rest stop at the announced time. Upon arrival at each rest stop, the crew will display the departure time at the front of the bus. Please be sure to return by the announced time. In case that you miss the bus, we are unable to provide refunds, compensation, or alternative transportation arrangements.
