No refunds will be provided in the following cases.
1. No show due to lateness
Buses leave on time. This bus will not wait for customers at the departure point or service area rest points . In addition, there will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please confirm the location by yourself.
2.Price fluctuations.
Fares may increase or decrease without notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies. If a fare amount changes afterwards, no refunds in the price difference are given.
3. Change to buses
Due to engine trouble, adjustments to operation schedules and other factors, there is a possibility changes may be made to the operated bus, seat types, and the on board amenities.
4. Late arrivals
Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, considering your next connection.

・Boarding the bus while heavily intoxicated, drinking, and smoking inside the bus are prohibited.
・On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts.
・Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
・The schedule for rest stop is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not have breaks.

・There is no restroom onboard. ・There will be three scheduled rest stops along the way.
・No partition curtains between seats or free Wi-Fi available.
・Bus stop signs are placed at all boarding and drop-off points. Please confirm the exact location in advance using the provided map or guide. Arrive with sufficient time to spare and be sure to wait at your reserved stop before departure.
・After the scheduled departure time, the bus will depart regardless of the number of passengers on board, even if reserved passengers have not arrived at the stop.
【For passengers using Hakodate Port】
The route between Hakodate Port and Aomori Ferry Terminal involves transferring to a ferry. It is a combined ticket for both bus and ferry. The bus will actually start and end at the Aomori Ferry Terminal, and only passengers boarding the ferry will be allowed to do so.
・Passengers using the ferry are kindly requested to complete boarding procedures no later than 40 minutes before departure.
・After arriving at Aomori Ferry Terminal, please proceed to Bus Stop 3 at the Tsugaru Kaikyo Ferry Bus Terminal to board the highway bus departing at 19:40. Passengers are requested to assemble by 19:30.
