■Caution regarding refunds
No refunds will be given in the following cases.

1. No show due to late arrival
Please note that the buses depart on time. The bus will not wait for passengers at the departure point or service areas. There will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please check the boarding location prior to the departure.

2. Price fluctuations
Fares may increase or decrease without notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies. If the fare price changes after purchase, the difference will not be refunded.

3. Change to buses
Due to mechanical issues, schedule adjustments or other factors, there may be changes to the bus type, seat types, and on board amenities.

4. Late arrivals
Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, if you have an onward connection.

・Overnight buses departing at midnight will arrive on the morning of the following day. A bus departing on Dec. 31 at 24:30 (Jan 1 at 12:30 AM) will be indicated as arriving on the morning of Jan. 1.

[Important notes regarding your bus ride]
・ Attempting to board the bus while intoxicated is prohibited, nor is drinking and smoking while on the bus.
・ On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts.
・ Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
・ The schedule for toilet breaks is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not stop for breaks.

[For those who wish to depart from or arrive at Hakodate Port]
The route between Hakodate Port and Aomori Ferry Terminal involves transferring to a ferry. It is a combined ticket for both bus and ferry. The bus will actually start and end at the Aomori Ferry Terminal, and only passengers boarding the ferry will be allowed to do so.
Passengers using the ferry are requested to complete boarding procedures at least 40 minutes before the departure time.
After arriving at Aomori Ferry Terminal, please transfer to the highway bus departing at 19:40 from Tsugaru Kaikyo Ferry Bus Terminal, Bus Stop No.3. (Assembly time: 19:30)
・Please note that there is no restroom on the bus. We plan to take breaks at three locations along the route.
・Please note that there are no partition curtains between seats. There is also no free Wi-Fi on board.
・There are bus stop signs at each pick-up/drop-off point. Please make sure to check the location of the bus stop on the map in advance. Please allow plenty of time to assemble at your reserved bus stop prior to the departure time.
