The following restrictions for trunk luggage apply:
1. One piece of check-in luggage per passenger.
2. The total sum of your luggage height + width + depth must not exceed 1m.
3. Luggage weight must not exceed 10 kg.

If your luggage exceeds the restrictions, please send them to your destination through other means of delivery.

■Caution regarding refunds
No refunds will be given in the following cases.

1. No show due to late arrival
Please note that the buses depart on time. The bus will not wait for passengers at the departure point or service areas. There will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please check the boarding location prior to the departure.

2. Price fluctuations
Fares may increase or decrease without notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies. If the fare price changes after purchase, the difference will not be refunded.

3. Change to buses
Due to mechanical issues, schedule adjustments or other factors, there may be changes to the bus type, seat types, and on board amenities.

4. Late arrivals
Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, if you have an onward connection.

[Important notes regarding your booking]
・Overnight buses departing at midnight will arrive on the morning of the following day. A bus departing on Dec. 31 at 24:30 (Jan 1 at 12:30 AM) will be indicated as arriving on the morning of Jan. 1.

[Important notes regarding your bus ride]
・ Attempting to board the bus while intoxicated is prohibited, nor is drinking and smoking while on the bus.
・ On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts.
・ Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
・ The schedule for toilet breaks is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not stop for breaks.

・The bus is operated with complete insurance coverage for personal injuries.
[Regarding the First-Floor Seats on Double-Decker Buses]
・Please note that the bus may operate with a double-decker vehicle, due to operational reasons. On double-decker buses, the first floor has two-person seats (3 seats per row layout: 2 seats + 1 seat), and a person of the opposite gender may be seated next to you. (Gender is not taken into consideration when assigning seats.)
For night buses, please note that if a person of the opposite gender is seated next to you, you may be asked to change seats.
・There are bus stop signs at each pick-up/drop-off point.
Please make sure to check the location of the bus stop on the map in advance. Please allow plenty of time to assemble at your reserved bus stop prior to the departure time.
・The vehicle type for additional services or substitute buses due to operational reasons may vary without prior notice.
・On Fukushima Transportation buses (double-decker bus), the first-floor seats are arranged in a 2 seats + 1 seat layout, so some seats are closer together (Seats 21A, 21B, 22A, 22B). We appreciate your understanding.
・In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather or traffic conditions, the operating bus company will contact you.
