The following restrictions for trunk luggage apply:
1. One piece of check-in luggage per passenger.
2. The sum of your luggage's height, width and depth must not exceed 100 cm.
3. Luggage weight must not exceed 10 kg.

If your luggage exceeds the restrictions, please send them to your destination through other means of delivery.
Please mark it with name tags.

The following items are neither allowed as check-in luggage nor as carry-on luggage.

* Easily breakable items, as well as items susceptible to damage when exposed to vibration or high temperatures
* Valuables such as cash.

Please note that our company will bear no responsibility for any loss during transport.

* Pets (except wild animals) in a storage case with a total height, width, and depth of 90 cm or less are allowed in the car. Due to noise , bad smells or letting your animal out of its case, passengers may be asked to leave the bus.

■Caution regarding refunds
No refunds will be provided in the following cases.

1. No show due to lateness
Buses leave on time. This bus will not wait for customers at the departure point or service area rest points . In addition, there will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please confirm the location by yourself.

2.Price fluctuations.
Fares may increase or decrease without notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies. If a fare amount changes afterwards, no refunds in the price difference are given.

3. Change to buses
Due to engine trouble, adjustments to operation schedules and other factors, there is a possibility changes may be made to the operated bus, seat types, and the on board amenities.

4. Late arrivals
Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, considering your next connection.

[Important notes regarding your booking]
・Overnight buses departing at midnight will arrive on the morning of the following day. A bus departing on Dec. 31 at 24:30 (Jan 1 at 12:30 AM) will be indicated as arriving on the morning of Jan. 1.

[Important notes regarding your bus ride]
・Boarding the bus while heavily intoxicated, drinking, and smoking inside the bus are prohibited.
・On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts.
・Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
・The schedule for toilet breaks is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not stop for breaks.

・The bus is operated with complete insurance coverage for personal injuries.
・For Shinjuku bound buses, the bus will stop for a break at Kakegawa Parking Area and Ashigara Service Area．For Mikawa-Tahara bound buses, the bus will stop at Ashigara Service Area and Hamamatsu Service Area.
・The last row may have four seats. (same fare)
