The following restrictions for trunk luggage apply:
1. Only 1 piece of check-in luggage per passenger.
2. The total dimensions (height + width + depth) must not exceed 1 meter, with a total volume of up to 0.027 cubic meters (each side within 0.3 m).
3. Luggage weight must not exceed 10 kg.

If your luggage exceeds the restrictions, please send them to your destination through other means of delivery.

■Caution regarding refund
No refunds will be provided in the following cases.

1. No show due to lateness
Buses leave on time. This bus will not wait for customers at the departure point or service area rest points . In addition, there will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please confirm the location by yourself.

2.Price fluctuations.
Fares may increase or decrease without notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies. If a fare amount changes afterwards, no refunds in the price difference are given.

3. Change to buses
Due to engine trouble, adjustments to operation schedules and other factors, there is a possibility changes may be made to the operated bus, seat types, and the on board amenities.

4. Late arrivals
Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, considering your next connection.

[Important notes regarding your booking]
・Overnight buses departing at midnight will arrive on the morning of the following day. A bus departing on Dec. 31 at 24:30 (Jan 1 at 12:30 AM) will be indicated as arriving on the morning of Jan. 1

[Important notes regarding your bus ride]
・Boarding the bus while heavily intoxicated, drinking, and smoking inside the bus are prohibited.
・On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts.
・Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
・The schedule for rest stop is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not have breaks.

[Cautions regarding this bus plan]
・The bus is operated with complete insurance coverage for personal injuries.
・Infants or toddlers sharing one seat with an adult or child may travel free of charge for one infant or toddler. However, if a separate seat is used, the child fare will be charged. (Infant: under 1 year old / Toddler: age 1 or older but not yet in elementary school)
・Passenger capacity is regulated by law. Infants not occupying a seat are also counted in the total capacity, and boarding may be denied if the limit is exceeded. For this reason, we recommend purchasing a child fare to secure a seat for your infant or toddler. (Priority will be given to passengers who have paid for a seat, even if reserved later.)
・The Takamatsu Express Kobe will be operated jointly by the following four companies; JR Shikoku Bus, West Japan JR Bus, Shinki Bus and Shikoku Kosoku Bus.
・Though there is a bathroom on-board, there is a one-time scheduled rest break at Midori Parking Area.
・Due to operational reasons, some facilities may not be available. Outlets and WiFi are not guaranteed to work correctly. Outlets and Wi-Fi are additional services and are not included in the fare. No refunds will be issued even if the facilities are unavailable.
