The following restrictions for trunk luggage apply:
1. Only 1 piece of check-in luggage per passenger.
2. The total dimensions(height + width + depth) cannot exceed 155cm.
3. Luggage weight must not exceed 10kg.

If your luggage exceeds the restrictions mentioned above, please send them to your destination through other means of delivery.
To prevent your luggage from being mistaken as someone else's, please mark it with name tags.

[Caution regarding refund]
No refunds will be provided in the following cases.

1. No show due to lateness
Buses leave on time. This bus will not wait for customers at the departure point or service area rest points . In addition, there will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please confirm the location by yourself.

2.Price fluctuations.
Fares may increase or decrease without advance notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies. If a fare amount changes afterwards, no refunds in the price difference are given.

3. Change to buses
Due to engine trouble, adjustments to operation schedules and other factors, there is a possibility changes may be made to the operated bus, seat types, and the on board amenities.

4. Late arrivals
Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, considering your next connection.

[Important notes regarding your booking]
・Overnight buses departing at midnight are listed as arriving on the morning of the following day. For example, a bus departing on Dec. 31 at 24:30 (Jan 1 at 12:30 AM) will be indicated as arriving on the morning of Jan. 1.

[Important notes regarding your bus ride]
・Boarding the bus while heavily intoxicated, drinking, and smoking inside the bus are prohibited.
・On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts.
・Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
・The schedule for toilet breaks is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not have breaks.

[Cautions regarding this bus plan]
・The bus is operated with complete insurance coverage for personal injuries.
・Seat assignments will be announced by the bus staff on the day of boarding.
・You may be seated next to a passenger of a different gender.
・For group reservations, seats are generally arranged so that members of the same group sit together.
・Seat requests are not accepted.
・There is no toilet onboard. There is a restroom break approximately every 2 hours. (at two locations: Ashigara Service Area and Nagashino-Shitaragahara Service Area)
・Operated by one driver.
・For privacy protection reasons, staff will not call out passengers’ names at the meeting point. Please approach the driver or staff yourself when the bus arrives.
・In the event of service suspension due to vehicle trouble, weather, or road conditions, we will contact you directly via SMS or email using the details provided at the time of booking. If you do not receive any notification, the service will operate as scheduled.
・Changes to travel dates or bus services are not permitted after booking is completed. If you wish to make changes, please cancel your reservation and make a new booking. Please note that cancellation fees will apply according to the cancellation policy.
