In terms of carry on luggage there is not a specific size limit, but the passenger must be able to carry it on their lap or by their feet without causing an inconvenience to other passengers.

Suitcases are not allowed onboard the bus as they may prevent passengers from reclining their seats. We also ask that customers refrain from putting luggage in the aisles.

The rules regarding stored luggage are as stated below.
1. One piece of luggage per customer
2. Total dimensions must not exceed a total of 120cm for height, width and depth. If luggage exceeds these limitations then please arrange for them to sent by another means.
We recommend you to clearly mark your luggage using a name tag to avoid confusion with another passenger's luggage.

The following items are not permitted as carry-on or stored luggage.

∙ Fragile items that are susceptible to breakdown due to shaking or high temperatures.

Important notice regarding refunds.
Refunds are not available in the following cases under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

1. Late arrival or no show
As the bus serves as public transportation, the bus will depart as scheduled even if a passenger does not show up. In this situation the passenger will not be contacted. We can not accept any requests to delay departure even if there are train delays, etc. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide a smooth service.
Please make sure to confirm the location on the map in advance and to arrive at the allocated meeting time or 15 minutes before departure. If you are unsure of the boarding location please make sure to make any enquiries during business operating hours. There is not a boarding information counter at this location so please make sure to confirm all details beforehand.

2. Increase or decrease of fare
Fares may be subject to an increase or decrease in price without prior notice. (i The bus fee is set at the time of booking any changes in fee cannot be refunded.

In case of engine trouble or changes to the bus schedule, the bus type or seat type requested may be subject to change.

4.Delays to arrival time
There may be delays to the scheduled arrival time due to weather or traffic conditions. If the bus travels from the scheduled starting point to the final destination, then regardless of delays no refunds will be given. If you have another connection after arrival, please allow yourself plenty of time to make your transfer.

Important booking information
Buses departing in the middle of the night will be listed as arriving the following day. For example, a bus departing on Dec 31 at 24:30 (= Jan 1 at 12:30am) will arrive on the morning of Jan 1.

Important notice regarding bus travel
Boarding the bus while intoxicated, consumption of alcohol, and smoking are not permitted.
* The bus driver and all passengers are legally obligated to fasten their seat belts. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a safe ride.
Please kindly inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
Toilet breaks are scheduled by the bus company on the day of departure. Please confirm this at the time of boarding. It will vary by bus but toilet breaks are set at approximatley every 2 to 3 hours. However, buses with toilets on board may run without toilet breaks.

In regards to lost property

In the case of lost property on a night bus, you will have to wait till the following day when the bus returns to the depot for us to contact you. We ask for your understanding.

    Please make sure to wear masks,wash your hands and gargle before boarding the bus and at rest stops.

  • This bus has only 10 rows(1 row less than usual bus) comfortable seats

    This bus has only 10 rows which is 1 row less than a standard bus, giving you more space to relax. A plasma cluster air purifier is installed on the bus to keep the air clean. At the moment we will not be lending out blankets to customers.

  • Onboard Features

    Every seat comes with an outlet or USB port. We cant confirm which will be available beforehand. ※We are unable to determine what features may or may not be available beforehand. In the case that these services do not work, we cannot refund any money.
