The following restrictions for trunk luggage apply:

2. The total sum of your luggage's height, width and depth must not exceed 160 cm.

If your luggage exceeds the restrictions, please send them to your destination through other means of delivery.

■Caution regarding refun
No refunds will be provided in the following cases.

1. No show due to lateness
Buses leave on time. This bus will not wait for customers at the departure point or service area rest points . In addition, there will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please confirm the location by yourself.

2.Price fluctuations.
Fares may increase or decrease without notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies. If a fare amount changes afterwards, no refunds in the price difference are given.

3. Change to buses
Due to engine trouble, adjustments to operation schedules and other factors, there is a possibility changes may be made to the operated bus, seat types, and the on board amenities.

4. Late arrivals
Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, considering your next connection.

[Important notes regarding your booking]
・Overnight buses departing at midnight will arrive on the morning of the following day. A bus departing on Dec. 31 at 24:30 (Jan 1 at 12:30 AM) will be indicated as arriving on the morning of Jan. 1

[Important notes regarding your bus ride]
・Boarding the bus while heavily intoxicated, drinking, and smoking inside the bus are prohibited.
・On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts.
・Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
・The schedule for toilet breaks is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not have breaks.

[Cautions regarding this bus plan]
・The bus is operated with complete insurance coverage for personal injuries.
・The bus departs on schedule. Please pay close attention to the boarding location and time. Make sure to check the departure time and gather at the designated meeting point at least 5 minutes before departure. (We cannot take responsibility if you miss the bus.)
・As departures are early in the morning, breakfast may not be available at some hotels. Please check in advance
・If any section of the bus route is closed, the itinerary may be changed.
・Facilities may be skipped if there are no reservations for that stop.
・Fees for facilities, meals, and shopping are not included
・Closing times and holidays of sightseeing facilities are subject to change without notice.
・Depending on the number of passengers, the vehicle may be changed without prior notice to a mid-size bus, a small bus, or a taxi.
・Space for large or excess luggage cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us in advance.
・Passengers are required to stay at least one night during their trip at one of the partner hotels listed below.
