In terms of carry on luggage there is not a specific size limit, but the passenger must be able to carry it on their lap or by their feet without causing an inconvenience to other passengers.

Suitcases are not allowed onboard the bus as they may prevent passengers from reclining their seats. We also ask that customers refrain from putting luggage in the aisles.

The following restrictions for trunk luggage apply:
1. Only 1 piece of check-in luggage per passenger.
2. The sum of your luggage's height, width, and depth must not exceed 1 meter, and the volume must not exceed 0.027 m3.
3. Luggage weight must not exceed 10 kg.

If your luggage exceeds the restrictions mentioned above, please send them to your destination through other means of delivery.
To prevent your luggage from being mistaken as someone else's, please mark it with an identifier; we recommend using name tags.

The following items are neither allowed as check-in luggage nor as carry-on luggage.

* Easily breakable items, as well as items susceptible to damage when exposed to vibration or high temperatures
* Valuables such as cash, precious metals, jewelry, stock certificates, and antiques

* When handing your luggage over for trunk storage on the night bus, please attach the label that will be given to you by staff. (Please tear off and keep the identifying end on the tag When retrieving your luggage, please check the identification number on your ticket with that on your luggage)

[Caution regarding refunds]
Under no circumstances will refunds be provided in the following cases.

1. No show due to lateness
Buses will depart on time. There will be no waiting for passengers at the departure point or at rest service areas. There will be no onsite guidance to the bus stops, so please be sure to check the location on the map in advance.

2. Fare Changes
Fares are subject to increase or decrease without notice. The fare at the time of reservation confirmation will be applied, and the difference cannot be refunded after the reservation is made.

3. Bus Change
Due to mechanical problems or changes to the operation schedule, there is a possibility that the vehicle, seat type, or onboard facilities may vary.

4. Delay in arrival time
The bus service may be cancelled or there may be a delay to arrival times at each stop due to operational conditions, roads, or weather conditions. Please allow plenty of time for your next connection.

* Overnight buses departing at midnight are listed as arriving on the morning of the following day. For example, a bus departing on Dec. 31 at 24:30 (Jan 1 at 12:30 AM) will be indicated as arriving on the morning of Jan. 1.

*Intoxication, consumption of alcohol and smoking are prohibited on the bus.
*Drivers and passengers must wear seatbelts.
*When reclining, please ask the passenger behind you before doing so.
*The schedule for restroom breaks is determined by the bus operator on the day of departure. Normally, there is one rest break every 2 to 3 hours, but there may be no rest break if the bus is equipped with a restroom.

* This route will be jointly operated by JR Tokai Bus and West Japan JR Bus.
* When seating availability is limited, you may be seated next to a passenger of the opposite sex.

    Every seat comes equipped witha power socket or USB outlets. On board Wi-Fi available. *Due to sudden changes of vehicles, there may be cases without forewarning where we will ride in a bus without bathroom facilities
