1. No show due to lateness
Buses leave on time. This bus will not wait for customers at the departure point or service area rest points . In addition, there will be no staff on-site to escort you, so please confirm the location by yourself.
2.Price fluctuations.
Fares may increase or decrease without advance notice. The fare price at the time of your booking applies. If a fare amount changes afterwards, no refunds in the price difference are given.
3. Change to buses
Due to engine trouble, adjustments to operation schedules and other factors, there is a possibility changes may be made to the operated bus, seat types, and the on board amenities.
4. Late arrivals
Operations may be suspended, and the arrival times at each stop may be delayed due to operating conditions, road conditions, and weather. Please allow plenty of time for your journey, considering your next connection.

・Overnight buses departing at midnight are listed as arriving on the morning of the following day. For example, a bus departing on Dec. 31 at 24:30 (Jan 1 at 12:30 AM) will be indicated as arriving on the morning of Jan. 1.
[Important notes regarding your bus ride]
・Boarding the bus while heavily intoxicated, drinking, and smoking inside the bus are prohibited.
・On highways, both the driver and passengers are required to wear seat belts.
・Please inform the passenger behind you before reclining your seat.
・The schedule for toilet breaks is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Normally, there is a break every 2 to 3 hours, but vehicles equipped with a toilet may not have breaks.
[Cautions regarding this bus plan]
・The bus is operated with complete insurance coverage for personal injuries.
・If a reservation made in March is canceled in April, the cancellation fee may differ. The fee will be calculated according to the previous cancellation policy, and any overpaid fee will be refunded.

・Sale fares apply to adult fares only. (Child fares and student discounts are not available.)
・The opposite gender may sit next to you.
・The size of luggage (small travel items) carried in the bus is limited to 100 cm in total length, width, and height.
・The service will be operated jointly by JR Tokai Bus, Nishi-Nippon JR Bus, and Meihan Kintetsu Bus.
・Children aged 6 and under may ride free of charge on an adult’s lap (one child per adult, seat shared). However, if the bus is full, boarding will not be permitted as it would exceed the legal passenger capacity. (Please note that passengers who later make paid reservations will be given priority.) To ensure boarding, we recommend purchasing a child ticket and securing a seat in advance.
