[Notes on refunds]
Refunds will not be issued in any of the following cases.

1. No-show due to lateness
Buses will depart on time. There will be no waiting for passengers at the departure point or at rest service areas. There will be no onsite guidance to the bus stops, so please be sure to check the location on the map in advance.

2. Fare Changes
Fares are subject to increase or decrease without notice. The fare at the time of reservation confirmation will be applied, and the difference cannot be refunded after the reservation is made.

3. Bus Change
Due to mechanical problems or changes to the operation schedule, there is a possibility that the vehicle, seat type, or onboard facilities may vary.

4. Delay in arrival time
The bus service may be cancelled or there may be a delay to arrival times at each stop due to operational conditions, roads, or weather conditions. Please allow plenty of time for your next connection.

[Cautions for reservations]
*Overnight buses departing at midnight will arrive in the morning of the next day. For example, a bus departing at 24:30 on December 31 (0:30 on January 1) will arrive on the morning of January 1.

[Cautions for the bus operation]
*Intoxication, consumption of alcohol and smoking are prohibited on the bus.
*Drivers and passengers must wear seatbelts.
*When reclining, please ask the passenger behind you before doing so.
*The schedule for restroom breaks is determined by the bus operator on the day of departure. Normally, there is one rest break every 2 to 3 hours, but there may be no rest break if the bus is equipped with a restroom.

[Notes regarding this bus plan]
*The bus company will provide optional insurance (unlimited liability insurance).
*At Naha Airport Domestic Terminal, the bus stops at Bus Stop 12.
*Airport limousine buses do not have designated seats but reservations are required, passengers will be boarded on a first come first served basis.
Please be aware that once the standard seats are full then auxillary seating will be used.
Luggage restriction
The rules regarding stored luggage are as stated below.
1. One piece of luggage per customer
2. The total dimensions (height + width + depth) cannot exceed 120cm Weight must not exceed 10kg
If your luggage does not fit within the parameters above we ask that you use a different means to transport your luggage.
We recommend you to clearly mark your luggage using a name tag to avoid confusion with another passenger's luggage.

The following items are not permitted as carry-on or stored luggage.

∙ Fragile items that are susceptible to breakdown due to shaking or high temperatures.
∙Valuables such as cash, precious metals, jewellery, share certificates and antiques
∙Sports equipment such as surfboards, golf bags and archery bows
∙ Bicycles
∙Dangerous goods
∙Furniture
∙Precision instruments
∙Firearms and knives
∙Cardboard, etc.
∙Animals or pets

Our company does not take any responsibility for damages or loss of luggage during transport. We ask for your understanding.

* Folding bicycles can be stored on the bus if they are in a dedicated case.
