Assembly Time

Please arrive at the designated assembly location by the times listed below.

  • All airports: 15 minutes prior to departure
  • All other boarding locations: 10 minutes prior to departure

Please note that we will not wait for passengers who are not present at the assembly location in time and you will be treated as a “no-show.” All services require reservations in advance. The buses will not stop at boarding / drop-off locations where there are no reservations.

※These are estimated connecting times at New Chitose Airport. For the Asahikawa Airport route, please allow at least 40 minutes between flight arrival and bus departure, and at least 50 minutes between bus arrival and flight departure. Please allow plenty of time to spare.

Regarding luggage and boarding

  • The luggage that can be stored in the luggage compartment is limited to ski equipment and one additional piece of luggage.
  • Please place skis and snowboards in a dedicated bag or case.
  • You may not board the bus with your ski or snowboard boots on.
  • Please note that seating is not assigned in advance. Smoking is not allowed on board. Please fasten your seat belt.

Regarding bus operations

  • Depending on the number of reservations, service will be operated by bus (large, medium, small, or microbus) or taxi (jumbo, large, medium, or small).
  • There will be no tour guide on board. The service is operated by a single driver.
  • The ski bus is available only to guests staying at hotels in the boarding / drop-off areas.
  • If a rest stop facility is closed, the bus may pass through or stop at an alternative facility.

In Case of Bad Weather / Delays

  • In the event of flight delays or cancellations, we may adjust the bus departure time. If you are unable to board on the scheduled day, we may arrange reassignment to a later service or suggest alternative transportation (additional costs will be borne by the passenger).
  • If there is a possibility of missing your flight connection, alternative transportation may be suggested, such as stopping at the nearest JR station.
  • If normal operation cannot be expected, the service may be suspended, rerouted, or delayed.

FAQFAQ

Yes, reservations are accepted for one person or more. Depending on the number of passengers, the service may be operated by taxi.

Ski equipment and one additional piece of luggage can be stored in the luggage compartment. Please place skis or snowboards in a dedicated bag or case. You may not board the bus with your ski or snowboard boots on.

For day trips, the following boarding / drop-off locations would be convenient.

  • Rusutsu: Rusutsu Resort Hotel & Convention (Route 1 / Route 2)
  • Tomamu: Tomamu Resort Center (Route 6)
  • Furano: Kitanomine Gondola (Route 10), New Furano Prince Hotel and Natulvaltt (Route 7)
  • Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort: Route 3

Please note that the ski bus is available only to guests staying at hotels in the boarding / drop-off areas.

Route 8 (Niseko / Rusutsu ⇔ Furano) and Route 9 (Niseko / Rusutsu ⇔ Tomamu) are connecting services with a bus transfer at New Chitose Airport (Domestic Terminal). When transferring, passengers will need to check in again at the Hokkaido Resort Liner counter at New Chitose Airport.
