You can cancel through the login page until the applicable cancellation deadline. The deadline varies depending on the bus service, so please check your [Reservation Confirmation] email. Once the deadline has passed, the cancellation button will no longer be displayed.
After the online cancellation deadline, please contact us by email or contact the emergency contact listed for pre-departure inquiries.
