Buses may be delayed in arriving at boarding or drop-off locations due to traffic congestion, road closures, weather conditions such as typhoons or heavy snow, vehicle breakdowns, or other unavoidable circumstances.
We do not provide refunds for bus delays or compensation for any resulting losses.
We are also unable to compensate for missed connections, accommodation costs, or any other losses resulting from delays.
