≪Standard Baggage Allowance≫
Up to one item per passenger that meets all of the following requirements:
・Total dimensions (length + width + height): 1 m or less
・Weight: 10 kg or less
・Volume: 0.027 m³ or less

If you are traveling with large luggage, please contact us in advance.
(Musical instruments, pets, bicycles, surfboards, skis, snowboards, and similar items are generally not accepted.)

≪Buses with a Luggage Compartment≫
The maximum baggage size that can be stored in the luggage compartment is specified in the [Baggage Policy] section.
If your baggage exceeds the specified size, please consider another method of transportation, such as shipping it in advance.
Baggage exceeding the size limit may be refused at the time of boarding.

≪Buses without a Luggage Compartment≫
If you have large luggage other than carry-on baggage, please consider another method of transportation, such as shipping it in advance.
Carry-on baggage must be small enough to keep on your lap or place in the overhead rack.
Baggage may not be placed at your feet or in the aisle, as it may obstruct reclining seats or passenger movement.

No compensation is provided.
Bus operators are not responsible for damage to or theft of luggage stored in the luggage compartment or brought on board.

You can purchase Domestic Travel Accident Insurance when making your reservation. This insurance covers certain losses not covered by the bus operator, including damage to or theft of luggage and damage to property on the bus. The insurance is available for ¥600 per person at the time of booking.

Pets are not permitted on overnight buses, either on board or in the luggage compartment. Pets cannot travel even if they are kept in a pet carrier.

On some daytime buses, pets may be allowed on board. The permitted size of pet carriers varies by bus operator. Pets may be refused if they could cause inconvenience to other passengers.

Only a limited number of bus services allow pets. Please be sure to contact us before making a reservation.
